This card is also about being unselfconscious in your enjoyment; dancing silly with the kids or enjoying another glass of wine hours as hours pass to your own astonishment. Being within the web of love, security and acceptance is a powerful and beautiful thing.

Being in the creative flow with your tribe means not thinking about the past or experiencing anxiety about the future. This is a delightful, playful card full of positive energy and joy.

Conducted by the Centre for Ageing Studies at Flinders University, (a) study followed nearly 1,500 older people for 10 years. It found that those who had a large network of friends outlived those with the fewest friends by 22%. Not to mention a whole host of other health indicators... are you making friendship the priority in your life that it needs to be?



1. Who is your tribe, those whom you feel accepted and loved? When was the last time you connected with them?

2. As we get older, finding our tribe can be challenging due to many different factors, have you found yours and if they are not local, what are you doing to create one you can connect with face to face?

3. Life is busy, full of obligations and responsibilities, but are you making time to connect with your friends? Are you making it the important addition to your life that it is?
